New students (or returning students wishing to change studios) can use this form to request a teacher on piano, voice, guitar, or any band or orchestra instrument. Note that lessons meet once each week for 17 weeks in the fall, 17 weeks in the spring, and up to 10 weeks in the summer. Lesson lengths are 30, 45, or 60 minutes, depending on age and ability. We ask that you commit to an entire semester (or the remaining weeks in the semester) when you sign up.

Your request will be processed by the CMS office; you will be matched with a CMS teacher based on the information and schedule you give us here. We will contact you if we have questions or to notify you of teacher placement.
